Beyond Design was started in 2019 for a simple reason. The work had started to feel transactional.
Hi, I'm Kenny.
With ten years in the interior design industry, I've come to believe that great design is about more than colours or trends. It's about creating spaces that reflect personality, emotion and purpose.
Early in my career I worked at a large, mass-market firm. It gave me exposure, but the focus was heavily on sales rather than people. It felt transactional, and something about that didn't sit right with me.
So I started Beyond Design in 2019, to go beyond surface-level aesthetics, to always go the extra mile, and to bring joy to people by transforming their spaces. The most rewarding part of this job is still the smile on a client's face when their home finally looks like the one in their head.

Before you ask
An e-copy of your floor plan, and any mood boards or inspiration you like. No ideas yet is completely fine, and we'll walk you through our projects. We do ask that everyone involved in the renovation comes along; it makes the session far more useful.
Honestly, no. Design isn't something that can be priced overnight. It takes a proper sit-down to understand what each person in the home actually wants. We'd rather earn the job over a real conversation than send you a number that means nothing.

Between 1.5 and 2.5 hours, depending on the scope and the type of home. Set aside at least 1.5 hours, because we like to go in depth from the start.
